Guidelines International Network (G-I-N)
The G-I-N is an international and not-for-profit association of organizations and individuals involved in the development and application of practice guidelines. *Please note, access to the guidelines requires membership. However, using the database search engine is free and you can often locate the actual guideline for free on another site or by searching the web with the specific guideline name and the guideline creator organization.

National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE)
From the NHS in the UK, the NICE Evidence Search is a suite of services that provides access to high quality authoritative evidence and best practice.

Best Evidence Statements and Care Guidelines (BESt)
A BESt contains clinical recommendations based on best evidence on a limited topic or single clinical question. Developed by experts and patients and families at Cincinnati Children's in the USA.

EPC Evidence-Based Practice Reports (AHRQ)
EPC Reports offer comprehensive, science-based information on common costly medical conditions and new health care technologies and strategies. Your search results cover complete titles of released evidence reports, comparative effectiveness reviews, technical briefs, Technology Assessment Program reports, and U.S. Preventive Services Task Force evidence syntheses.

Effective Health Care Program Guides, Reviews and Reports (AHRQ)
The Effective Health Care Program funds individual researchers, research centers, and academic organizations to work together with AHRQ to produce effectiveness and comparative effectiveness research for clinicians, consumers, and policymakers.
