The Electronic Health Library of BC (e-HLbc) provides free access to online databases and journals to health care professionals and students in British Columbia.  Organizations that have purchased license agreements for e-HLbc can access databases such as CINAHL, Ovid & EbscoHost Medline, PsychInfo, Cochrane Library, as well as many full text journals.
